Darren Stauffer

Darren is an Operations Manager at Miracle Mile, responsible for overseeing the operations of our Baltimore office. He manages the timing and delivery of financial plans and reports for clients. Working closely with Mitch Caplan, he ensures that our clients receive the highest level of personal service.

Prior to joining Miracle Mile Advisors, Darren spent 27 years working in client service and operational roles for Caplan Financial Group, LLC. As a result of his longevity with the firm, he has gained extensive experience in all operational facets of a high-touch, personalized financial planning firm. He was instrumental in taking the firm from a one-line telephone system with no computer to the technologically advanced operation it is today.

Darren has earned and maintained the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designation since 2009. He served four years with Youth With a Mission as the executive assistant to the CEO. Darren has been active in his church for many years, serving on the church board and teaching classes. He and his wife, Pam, are licensed foster parents, providing respite and emergency care for children in need.
