There is an exciting role to join our largest, nationally ranked advisory team that specializes in working in sophisticated, ultra-high net worth families as a Senior Advisory Analyst. This role is critical in supporting seven person advisory team in designing and implementing highly customized investment portfolios, detailed financial plans, charitable gifting strategies, multi-generational wealth transfer planning and more. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, project management experience, in addition to a team oriented mentality combined with strong verbal and written communication skills. This role will provide opportunities for direct mentorship from senior partners, cross-functional skills building, and direct client interaction when appropriate.
Job Responsibilities

Function as the team’s head of operations and liaison with the firm’s Investment Strategy Group, Estate and Financial Planning resources, Operations group, and team principals on client deliverables.

Oversee and analyze key performance metrics across team activities relating to service deliverables, client user experiences, portfolio analytics, and new client development activities.

Prepare client meeting materials including custom portfolio reports, financial plans, meeting materials, and oversee special projects as directed by the team principals.

Assist in qualifying potential new clients, overseeing the discovery process, generating custom proposal materials and managing the onboarding process as needed.

Manage select client deliverables for clients and their advisors including client market communications, tax estimates, estate planning projects, real estate and other high value purchases.

Assist in preparing and executing on client portfolio rebalances, alternative investment recommendations, tax loss harvesting and other investment related projects.

Ensure that client information is current in the team’s CRM along with meeting notes and next steps.

Assist in the development and standardization of integration best practices and tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4-7 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a related industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with wealth management software and systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively work cross-functionally
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment and manage ambiguity
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the wealth management industry is a plus
