As Miracle Mile Advisors continues to grow through strategic acquisitions, we are seeking a skilled M&A Integrations Analyst to join our team in the Los Angeles, CA or Seattle, WA office. This role is critical in ensuring seamless integration of newly acquired wealth management firms into our existing operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, project management experience, and a deep understanding of wealth management operations. The M&A Integrations Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and alignment with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the integration process for acquired wealth management firms, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of the acquired firms’ systems, processes, and practices
• Develop and implement detailed integration plans, timelines, and milestones
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Tech, Investments, HR, Finance, and Compliance teams, to align integration efforts with company goals
• Identify potential risks and challenges during the integration process and develop mitigation strategies
• Monitor progress and performance of integration activities, providing regular updates to senior management
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy during the integration of client information, financial records, and other critical data
• Facilitate training and support for newly integrated teams to ensure seamless adoption of company systems and processes
• Assist in the development and standardization of integration best practices and tools
• Support post-integration evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure long-term success

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a related industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with wealth management software and systems
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively work cross-functionally
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment and manage ambiguity
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the wealth management industry is a plus
